Martin Zenhäusern, MA
Owner
After completing his degree in history, journalism and communications,
and
working several years as a journalist, Martin turned his attention to
public
relations. As personal coach of business and political leaders in
Switzerland
and Germany, he is responsible for the communication strategy of
multi-national
companies. He managed a number of high-profile crises and successfully
advised candidates during their election campaigns for the governing,
national or federal council. He
moderates high calibre panel discussions. In addition, Martin is the
author of various publications.

Monika Siegenthaler
Management & Media Coach
Combines international experience with in-depth expertise. Holds a
bi-lingual law degree
from the university of Fribourg/CH as well as a masters degree in public
relations, which she obtained in England. Worked as a journalist both
in print
and broadcasting during her studies, and also as an event manager. Built
the
communications department for a German online hotel booking service.
Re-joined Zenhäusern & Partner AG after a two-year-stint in Beijing
as director communications for an
outsourcing provider. She is in charge of mandates in executive search,
financial
services, health and consumer goods.

Barbara Haueter
BA in Communication, Junior-Consulting
First education as a commercial clerk in the
hotel industry. Obtained her BA in journalism and communication at Zurich
University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she worked as PR-assistant for
an internationally operating agency where she gained experience in project
management for digital marketing. Internship as video-journalist.
At
Zenhäusern & Partner AG she works with clients in energy, executive search
and financial services.

Rita Brunner
After completing her commercial degree, Rita Brunner worked for several
companies. Before joining Zenhäusern Academy, she worked for a renowned lawyer’s
office in Zurich. At Zenhäusern Academy, she is responsible for the organisation
of the seminars.

Kerstin Polte
Director & Cinematographer
Studied at film academies in Canada, Germany and Zurich, where she has recently completed the Master of Arts in Film (directing & scriptwriting) at the Zurich University of the Arts. She lives and works as a freelance cinematographer, author and director in Berlin and Zurich. She develops and realises feature, documentary, theatre and advertising films. She presented her films on various renowned, international film festivals and won several awards. Kerstin Polte currently works on her cinematic debut. She has been working for Zenhäusern Academy for several years.
Anja Hürlimann
Cinematographer
After her lateral entry into journalism, she worked as a video journalist for a regional TV station in eastern Switzerland. Various commissions from TV stations for documentaries, reports on current issues and special broadcasts. Initiating achange of ends, she joined a marketing agency in Winterthur. Has been supporting Zenhäusern Academy since 2011 in the capacity of camerawoman for media and presentation trainings.
