The program is interactive and builds on the modules I and II:

• Your most important stylistic devices
• Questioning techniques - and how to counter them
• Handling questions professionally
• Perfect argumentation and discussion strategies

Methodology

The program is interactive. The knowledge from the seminars I and II will be deepened. The difficulty level will be increased further. Executives will be put through their paces and exposed to critical situations. By using the new techniques, the body language will be refined and the communicative performance of the executives improves. The trainings and seminars will be recorded on video and analysed.

Impact

Participants learn how to deal with difficult situations and provocations, to de-escalate and stay focussed. This security shows in a confident handling with difficult situations. The participants remain in the role of the time base, as they can rely on their impact. They maintain their composure and score in situations, in which they formerly went onto defensive.
