Methodology
We teach the basic rules on how to deal with a crisis. In this seminar we will either play through meaningful examples from real life or pick up topics which are specifically relevant for the enterprise in question.
The various stages and elements of a crisis will be looked at in more detail during workshops, which will be recorded on video and analysed.
Impact
